We looked at so many highchairs, but I am very pleased that we settled on this one. The assembly took about 15 minutes (12 pieces plus 3 screws, 2 bolts, and 2 nuts) with just a screwdriver and pliers. I have assembled plenty of DIY furniture and such (Ikea bookcases and the like) and this was by far simpler. I assembled it by myself, and did not have to grow extra arms to hold everything together while doing so.
I uploaded some pictures, as the only one on the site is the generic pic. Among the things you can see: how compactly the highchair folds up, how the tray hangs on the back of the highchair when not needed, how it fits underneath the dining room table.
I am very pleased with this purchase. There are no crevices to clean, so the highchair doesn't get all gunky. The cover removes easily for cleaning, and I really like the pattern. The chair rolls easily and folding/unfolding is simple.
All in all, very pleased. Especially for the cost, this highchair seems hard to beat.

We bought this for use at Grandma's house since it can be collapsed down and put into a closet or under a bed and the price was very reasonable. We weren't expecting much since our primary chair at home is all wood and a much more expensive chair, I also tend to dislike things made with plastics and have found they are usually flimsy and disposable. Much to our surprise it turned out to be a terrific chair and has a high perceived value, which can't be said very often anymore. It is very adjustable at multiple points, easy to clean, sturdy yet light, seems well built and thought out. Assembly is a snap. Our daughter was very comfortable in it and it looks better in person than the pictures.

I put it together in about 7 minutes. A 8mm open end wrench helped to hold 2 nuts while I turned with the screwdriver.
Pros:
Height Adjustment - We have a kitchen table and a dinning room table that are different heights. The baby can sit with us at either table with a simple adjustment.
Machine washable pad - It isn't dirty (yet) but it's good to know we can sanitize it in our frontloader washing machine.
Reclining Seat - Baby can eat and we can tilt her back if she falls asleep.
Cons:
Wheel lock feature could be stronger.
